Having achieved a black belt in karate & kickboxing (now 2nd dan), being well studied in yoga, pilates & personal training with years of experience.

I started the class 2 months ago and it’s been truly amazing .Its more than I would have anticipated. I feel more energetic and rejuvenated after the class . Ah-may-zing! No words can explain the amount of dedication and attention Farzana gives to each one of us online. I suffered with alot of scar tissue discomfort n pain esp with pms bloating, having had 2 c sections, pain that I thought I’d have to live with. After just 2 months of consistent training Alhamdulillah (praise God) it dissappeared along with alot of other discomfort I used to experience. A miracle worker with a sweet, easygoing and approachable personality
